Amitabh Lahiri

Amitabh Lahiri is the Mentor and the driving force behind the group. Amitabh is an engineering and a management graduate. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified Scrum Master. In his previous role, he was President and Group Quality Leader of a global talent development company focusing on training and skill development. Amitabh has multi-faceted experience across management functions in Industrial and Services domains. He has over 10 years of experience in leading learning outsourcing and training business across India, APAC, US and Europe both, in the corporate as well as retail formats.He has successfully managed profit center head responsibility for over 19 years across geographies.Amitabh is a keen student of business transformation and CEM.

Deepankar Roy

Deepankar is a Sales & Marketing professional with over 14 years of experience and handles sales and marketing at MindScroll. He has previously worked with companies like NIIT at senior roles handing major accounts. Prior to starting MindScroll, he also played an instrumental part in setting up e-learning division of ESQ Management Solutions and made it a profit centre in 2 years. Deepankar is an alumnus of IIM Indore.

Amit Dayal

Amit has over 7 years of work experience in Operations and Product Management and handles Operations and Business Strategy in the team. Previously, he has worked in core team of couple of new business initiatives at NIIT and has been part of both IT Retail and College B2B business.  Prior to starting MindScroll, Amit has worked alongside and managed operations to set up e-learning division of ESQ. Amit is an alumnus of IIT Delhi and IIM Calcutta

Joyjeet Sarkar

Joy has over 5 years of experience as software engineer and leads the technology vertical at MindScroll. Previously Joy has worked as a senior software engineer in Unisys, where he has been pivotal in setting up the Mobility and Performance Engineering team. After Unisys, he has also worked as consultant to Jaipuria Group of institutions on a host of initiatives in Technology adoption and digital marketing front. Joy is an alumnus of IIT Bombay.

Munshi Nazmul Hasan

Munshi Nazmul Hasan is an alumnus of KV Durgapur, RIE Bhubaneswar, AMU and IIM Calcutta. He has more than 18 years of experience in the e-learning, training and education domain.He has previously worked with companies like Living Media Private Limited ( India Today) Educomp and NIIT.As a Content Development Head with NIIT, he had delivered learning solutions in as diverse environments as South Africa , Bhutan, USA and India, worked with top MNCs and implemented large scale projects in the e-learning and training domains.He is passionate about bringing transformation in the training and learning domain by making judicious and appropriate use of technology and learning designs.

Dr. Palash Bera

Dr. Palash Bera is an Assistant Professor at the John Cook School of Business, Saint Louis University, Saint Louis. Prior to joining Saint Louis University, he was a faculty at the Texas A&M International University, Laredo, Texas and worked as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada. He has a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada. His research focuses on managing information systems and he has published extensively in reputed journals in this area. He teaches business analytics to MBA students.

Prakash Singh

Prakash Singh is a certified Project Management Professional. He heads our Project Management & Technology Team. He has over 14 years of experience in the field of E-learning and Technology services. He has done BE, MCA and an executive MBA from XLRI (Jamshedpur). He brings with him the best practices he has learnt in his past associations with companies like Accenture, Fidelity, Aon Hewitt and Emphasis Ltd.

Vishal Saxena

Vishal Saxena is a partner and co-founder of eWorkz. Armed with 18 years of rich experience in the e-learning / content development industry, Vishal leads the Sales and Marketing function in the company. Vishal started his career as a graphic designer and later moved into Project Management.He is an MBA and is also PMP-certified. While at NIIT he was awarded the Annual Excellence award three times for the excellent work that he had done.Hard work and integrity are the two key elements he always focuses on. He is passionate about photography and travelling to distant places. He has strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Neeraj Verma

Neeraj Verma is a partner and co-founder of eWorkz. Neeraj’s diverse experience helps him lead enabling functions and AV vertical.Neeraj is a graduate in Arts from University of Delhi with vast experience of about 20 years in different fields of IT Industry and in management of various groups at APEX Coventage and at NIIT.Prior to co-founding eWorkz, Neeraj was a media head at NIIT, handling all the audio and video requirements, from the planning to post-production stages. Neeraj has also worked as a subject-matter expert for various technical courses.

Pankaj Nigam

Pankaj Nigam is a partner and co-founder at eWorkz. Pankaj is a strategic communication design expert with more than fifteen years of experience in the education and e-learning industry and he holds the position of Creative Head. Pankaj started his carrier as a graphic designer and later headed the media team in NIIT. Academically, Pankaj has a Master’s degree in Advertising (MFA) from Delhi College of Arts. Apart from this, Pankaj is also a certified Agile Scrum Master. He is an alumnus of IIM Calcutta, from where he was awarded certification in Senior Management.
