Bid Proposal Scheduling
Scope Works provides experienced Australian Defence Security NV1 cleared and fully ASDEFCON expert consultants to participate in bid proposal teams with the planning, scheduling, resourcing, budgeting, estimating and analysing Schedule critical path and ‘what if’ scenario planning.
Scope Works senior consultants also assist in conducting schedule reviews and participate in independent Bid team reviews and executability reviews.
