Bid Proposal Scheduling

Scope Works provides experienced Australian Defence Security NV1 cleared and fully ASDEFCON expert consultants to participate in bid proposal teams with the planning, scheduling, resourcing, budgeting, estimating and analysing Schedule critical path and ‘what if’ scenario planning.

Scope Works senior consultants also assist in conducting schedule reviews and participate in independent Bid team reviews and executability reviews.

Our bid services include:

• Participating in bid strategy development, customer and project scope and requirements and delivery frameworks to develop top-down project milestone and tier and execution plans, Plan on a Page
