Since 1940, King Canopy™ has grown from a small family business to be a leader in the supply of Shade and Shelter products to the World. We are a dedicated team operating with traditional values and respect for the quality and integrity of each of our products.

Prior to the acquisition of the King Canopy brand in January of 2011, we experienced some very challenging times. The downturn in retail markets combined with delays in getting inventory in the prime selling season of 2010 stretched our cash flow to the breaking point.

In January of 2011, one of the largest tarp suppliers in the world purchased the King Canopy brand along with the operating assets of the company. The new parent company has annual sales in excess of $90 million per year, and has manufacturing and distribution operations in six countries. The acquisition and resulting cash infusion have positioned King Canopy to rebuild inventory levels and establish strong supplier relationships across all product lines.
