Step 1 — Begin Printing Process
Open your file in Photoshop. Verifythat any corrections or adjustmentshave been made and you are readyto print.
Select File, and Print... to start theprocess.
Be sure the monitor brightness isset to 40%-50% brightnesslevel. If the monitor brightness isset higher, the prints will appeardarker than you expect!

Click the default selection in thePaper Size box. Scroll to select thesize of paper you are printing on.
In this example we are using USLetter size paper. Be sure toselect YOUR paper size.
If you have a paper size notlisted, you can select ManageCustom Sizes... at the bottom ofthe menu and create anew/custom size.
Many paper sizes and typessupport borderless printing, butyou must select it within thePaper Size menu.
Step 6 — Select Quality & Media Menu
Click the center pull down menu(default setting: Layout), and select:Quality & Media.

In the Media Type drop down list,navigate to and select the type ofpaper you are printing on.

Step 8 — Verify Print Window Settings
Review and verify Print windowsettings, and click Save to return tothe Photoshop Print Settingswindow:
Paper Size: Match your papersize.
Media Type: Match your papertype.
Source Tray: Rear tray (unlesssmanual tray is required for specialpaper types).
Print Quality: The higher thesetting, the slower the printingand the better the quality.
Black and White Photo: selectfor B&W prints for best quality.

In the Color Handling pull downmenu, select Photoshop ManagesColors.

Select the drop down menu in thePrinter Profile field. Scroll to findthe ICC Profile in the list thatmatches your paper, and select it.

Step 11 — Verify Preview Image & Print
Scroll down to verify settings,including Scale to Fit Media,Position and Size, etc. to achievethe desired image position and sizeon your paper. Inspect the previewimage, paying attention to marginsand placement on paper.
When the image is placed to yourliking, click Print to proceed.
The diagonal lines around theperimeter of the image show themargins (non-printable areas).
For borderless printing (nomargins): Go back to Step 5, andselect US Letter Borderless forpaper size.
