Development of modern decortication technology is KEY to agricultural fiber production. Our technology provides the latest engineering with a proven, dependable solution. Industrial level processing brings high qual-ity fibers for manufacturing purposes. High strength fibers can be blended with traditional materials such as wool or cotton. New technology brings the price of superior fibers down to that of more traditional materials.

Reduced costs compared to fiberglass and carbon fiber composites.

Bringing modern technology to the cannabis fibre processing industry. Higher yields, less work, superior product and industrial level production are KEY to this market. Patented system processes both green and stored raw fiber material. Throughput ranges from one ton per hour up to one hectare per hour.

Green technologies and systems in today’s world make good business sense. Clients and customers want products that reflect sustainable solutions. Sourcing materials from green agricultural production is now practical. Lower costs, higher quality and superior performance increases the bottom line.

Our system provide carbon-neutral sources of fiber product from natural plant materials. This process captures CO2 on a continual basis. You and your customers are then working together to create a sustainable, green future.

Lightweight, strong and durable, agricultural fibers are being used in many manufacturing applications. Lower costs and customer satisfaction are the result.

Hempcrete building material superior characteristics:

Low cost, comparable with concrete blocks Thermally insulating & regulates humidity Reduces heating &/or cooling costs in a building Fast construction time Light weight compared to concrete Fire resistant Insect resistant Non-toxic Prevents damp and mouldProven in practiceHempcrete is a net carbon sequester – a

true “green” product that efectively captures CO2 on a global scale. Each home built uses upwards of 10 tons of hempcrete. Marketing to consumers of “green building” techniques holds great potential in the housing sector. Environmental considerations regarding non-toxic materials, longevity and durability are prime selling factors.

Hempcrete is made from the fibre core (hurd) of the industrial hemp plant mixed with water and a lime-based binder.

The resulting material hardens to the equivalent of concrete without the de-ficiencies of concrete of weight, construction costs, negative environmental effects and time to construct.

Hempcrete is mixed by hand with larger quantities by standard mixers.

For each square metre of a typical wall, concrete emits 100kg of CO2 into the atmosphere while Hempcrete actually removes and locks away 30kg of CO2 making it a major source of environmental improvement.

Typical building techniques are similar to standard house building. Over-all building design is similar to block or poured wall design and have been adapted to various configurations. Construction methods involve several innovative techniques. Interior walls can be built of board mate-rial that acts as the inner form. Slip-form systems allow rapid construction and two story buildings to be erected quickly. Similar to concrete in con-sistency, innovations in pumped material will improve construction time. Exterior treatments range from lime-coat to standard stucco surfaces.
