We are located downtown industrial area. Straight down the road from the Mae Bucher Animal Shelter towards the river. Titanium way is a circular road way with two entrances. We are closer to the Yukon River past Titanium Storage and Uhal, next left turn. 166 Titanium, Unit 103 is next to Lean Mean Pilates, grey metal door, brown siding, ground level next to a chain link fence and mobile home to our right.

Parking is limited front of the building but plenty across the road in the large parking lot near green belt.
