ODC907 DATA COLLECTION TASK CANNOT BEGIN WHILE ANOTHER DATACOLLECTOR IS RUNNING OR UNTIL RTA TERMINATESExplanation: OMEGAMON allows only one data collection task per OMEGAMON interface environment.System Action: A new data collector does not start. An old data collection task, if up, remains in place.User Response: If you want to start a new data collection task, you must stop the old data collector with a MODIFY command to the OMEGAMON interface. If you tried to start data collection while an old RTA task was active, you must stop the old RTA task before you restart data collection.

A user dump occurs if you specify a system dump card on the OMEGAMON JCL.System Action: Data collection terminates with a user dump after cleaning up all task resources.User Response: The most probable cause of this problem is insufficient region size. Check your OMEGAMON start-up JCL to be sure the region parameter is at least REGION=4096K. If the REGION= parameter is already set at 4096K, you may need to increase the REGION parameter further and restart data collection. If the problem persists, contact Candle Support Services and forward the user dump.
