3) Continue the collaboration with International partners in Education and Regional Organizations such as others Teachers Unions.

4) Review the current Leave structure.

5) Increase Health Coverage for all teachers to 100%.

6) Indemnity to all teachers who suffer any form of illness or damage on the Job.

7) Continue to agitate for improvement in Salaries and Conditions of Service.

8) Continue the agitation with government to implement minimum Safety and Security Standards for schools.

9) Host and also explore more opportunities for continuous personal and professional Development of our members.

10) Lobby Government to collaborate with ministry of Health to have a nurse in all primary schools with a population of over 200 students.

11) Lobby Government to have School Based Physical Education teachers attached to schools where there is none.

12) Improve conditions under which teachers work by improving ventilation, electricity and internet access to all members regardless of where the schools are located.

13) Lobby the government to hold parents more responsible for the actions of their children.
