Mission Statement:

The Capital Region Cancer Services Consortium

will increase the awareness, availability, and accessibility of programs

and services that are available to those touched by cancer. This

includes cancer patients, survivors, care givers, family members, friends,

and healthcare providers. To accomplish this, members of the consortium

will work collaboratively in an effort to better serve the community.

Community Hospice serves seriously ill people and their families during the process of dying and

grieving and enhance quality of life with comprehensive, compassionate services that respect the

dignity of those we serve. Services include: comprehensive health care for persons with

advanced illness, bereavement services and support groups for grieving children and families.

The Community Hospice Grief Center
