Day 1: Toronto – MontrealEarly this morning the tour departs for Montreal, we follow the north shore of Lake Ontario to our first destination the beautiful Thousand Islands resort region, where we enjoy a relaxing cruise before continuing our drive to Montreal. (B)

Day 2: MontrealTour the second-largest French-speaking city in the world – Montreal with afternoon at leisure. (B)

Day 3: Montreal – Quebec CityToday we travel deep into French Canada as we wind our way through typical French-Canadian villages and towns. We later tour inside the walls of the Old City. (B)

Day 4: Quebec CityThe day is at your leisure to explore the sights of this charming World Heritage Site or take an optional full day excursion to Tadoussac which includes a whale watching cruise on the St Lawrence River. (B)

Day 5: Quebec City – OttawaToday’s highlight is our visit at the Sucrerie de la Montagne – an authentic sugar shack and pioneer-style restaurant, located in 120 acre forest of maples, for a typical local lunch followed by the art of making taffy! Arriving in Ottawa we tour the city before checking into our hotel. (BL)

Day 6: OttawaThis morning visit the historical and sacred Victoria Island in the heart of downtown Ottawa. You will enjoy the Turtle Island Aboriginal Experience breakfast, the local guide will bring the rich heritage and traditions of this “First Nation’s people“ to life. Afternoon at leisure. (B)

Day 7: Ottawa – MidlandOur journey west from Ottawa features sparkling lakes, rushing streams, deep forests and characteristic northern towns visiting Algonquin Provincial Park along the way to walk one of it’s many forest trails with a chance to spot local wildlife continuing on to Midland. (B)

Day 8: Midland – Niagara FallsBreakfast today is at Sainte-Marie among The Hurons, this fascinating three acre historic site is a detailed reconstruction of the first inland European community in Canada. We continue to Niagara Falls where you will enjoy a Hornblower cruise at the foot of the Falls. Afternoon at leisure to enjoy optional activities. (B)

Day 9: Niagara Falls – TorontoAs we drive back to Toronto we stop at the historic town of Niagara-on-The Lake before arriving in Toronto late afternoon where your tour ends. (B)
