How we came to be

Miche Canada is the operator and distributor of a unique concept in designer handbags. The first product of its kind, Miche uses magnetic “Shells” which allow women to quickly and easily change the look of their handbag. Developed by women, for women, Miche pro-vides fashion and business opportunities through our Home Party Program nation-wide.

In 2007, Unidem Sales Inc. CEO’s Linda and Stephen Westwell were introduced to the Miche Bag. Linda and her husband were the very first to see Miche’s ultimate potential in Canada. Miche became their world and shortly after, Miche Canada formed. It is their passion, busi-ness, direct sales and marketing experience that built what Miche Canada is today. Linda and Stephen are still the voice and driving force behind Miche Canada, and have continued to help Miche grow by introducing Home and Trade Shows, Promotions and most amaz-ingly, the Miche Home Party Program, with Representatives all over Canada!

What we offer Miche Bag pairs a neutral Base Bag with stylish outer Shells to create endless handbag possibilities. Miche has designs for all ages, and has new products being released every few months.

The Miche Canada StoryOn the way home from work in the fall of 2004, a young homemaker did something most women have done—she spilled on her favourite handbag. Frustrated by the thought of hunting for a replace-ment then transferring all the contents, she wished there was a way to just change the outside of the bag. The idea immediately popped into her mind to create a bag with changeable covers. Not to be deterred by her lack of sewing skills, she grabbed her super glue and some scrap fabric, took apart the stained bag, and made the very first prototype. With her rough creation in hand, she set out on a mission to bring the Miche Bag to life.

Our unusual name is pronounced MEE-CHEE!
