needle forward on various aspects of our business and coaches that help hold us accountable to the goals we set forth. One of the key points that we’ve learned over the past couple of years is the importance of celebrating your successes. Each quarter we host a Quarterly Celebration that provides us the opportunity to:

The celebrations we hold have become a highlight for us. Without taking the time in your business to acknowledge each other’s accomplishments, you run the risk of creating an emptiness that can result in less focus and productivity over time.

With Thanksgiving right around the corner and Harvest 2019 wrapping up, we want to remind everyone to celebrate the victories along the way, however small they might seem. Take a moment to reflect on where you were 5 years ago in your business compared to today. Discuss with your spouse, your business partners and your employees the accomplishments you’ve made during that time. Chances are you’ll find several areas where you’ve increased efficiencies, improved production and improved your production facilities. Remember if we only focus on what we have, it will never seem like quite enough.

Have a Blessed Thanksgiving!

Celebrate what was accomplished the previous quarter

Celebrate the goals that were achieved

Celebrate successes

Celebrate personal achievements

Celebrate EVERYTHING

Give out High-Fives, Atta-Boys and Keep ‘em comings
