With Thanksgiving right around the corner and Harvest 2019 wrapping up, we want to remind everyone to celebrate the victories along the way, however small they might seem. Take a moment to reflect on where you were 5 years ago in your business compared to today. Discuss with your spouse, your business partners and your employees the accomplishments you’ve made during that time.
