Campus Rec offers limitless opportunities for relaxation, fitness, and FUN! Whether you’re interested in drop-in recreation, intramurals, or adventure – we have it all! You have the opportunity to spend the next four years forging amazing memories and developing healthy habits. Take advantage of all our programs and services to get the most out of your college experience!
Available - All recreation facilities and programs are open and available to all students, staff, and faculty.
Free - With the exception of adventure trips, all programs and services are free at Keuka College. Adventure trips (e.g. white water rafting, rock climbing, etc.) may have a small fee associated with them.
ID Card - Anytime you enter the Recreation & Athletics Center, please be sure to swipe your Keuka ID card at the front desk.
Clean Shoes - Please change into a clean and dry pair of sneakers before entering the cardio room or weight room – this helps keep our equipment clean and long-lasting.
Early Bird - All equipment and facilities, when available, are accessed on a first come, first serve basis.
Safety - When exercising on your own, please be safe. We strongly encourage you workout with a partner when in the weight room.
IMLeagues.com/keuka - Bookmark our official website for Campus Rec to your smart device and personal computer to have instant access to registration, schedules, and upcoming programs.
Rec*It App – Download the Rec*It app and login with your imleagues account for instant access to YOUR activities. You’ll also get push notification from our office for registration reminders, updates, and more!
Fliers - Campus Rec posts upcoming event fliers in each residence hall, Dahlstrom, and the Weed. You’ll also notice info on the digital screens located around campus.
E-mail – Check out the Today@KC e-mail for info regarding registration instructions and deadlines for upcoming events.

HOURS OF OPERATION Monday-Thursday: 6:30 a.m. – 10:30 p.m. Friday: 6:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. Saturday & Sunday: 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. CLOSINGS March 20 at 4 p.m. to March 29 – Spring Break May 18, 19, 20, Modified Hours 7 a.m. – 8 p.m – Finals Week The fitness center WILL REMAIN OPEN in the event the College is closed due to weather conditions. If you are not sure if we are open, please call our front desk at 279-5249.

FEBRUARY 8 – MAY 14 Get rewarded! SWIPE your Keuka ID Card at the Weed front desk every time you come to participate in any of these programs or facilities:
Group Exercise classes (ex. Zumba®)
Weight room and/or cardio room
Intramural games or events
Open recreation in the Weed (i.e. open gym basketball, sprints/plyometrics in gym, etc.)
Running, walking, boating, or biking outdoors (we trust you, just swipe at a later time!)
REWARDS When you reach 30 visits in a semester, you’ll be entered into a raffle for an Android Tablet! At 45 visits you’ll earn one free item from our Wolfpack Team Shop (see below). Prize winners will be notified via e-mail and can pick up their prizes at Procrastination-Palooza, held the Friday before Finals Week.

EQUIPMENT A variety of sports equipment is available at the front desk for checkout. Just leave your Keuka ID with the front desk attendant in exchange for equipment.

When Point Neamo is open, it is staffed by qualified lifeguards. Swimming is not permitted unless there is a lifeguard on duty. During normal hours of operation, you can check out a kayak, canoe, or pedal boat by presenting your Keuka College ID Card. APRIL 25 – MAY 17 Monday-Friday: 3 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Saturday & Sunday: 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Camping gear and mountain bikes are available for use. Here’s how you can take advantage of your next adventure: CAMPING GEAR Reserve your equipment by contacting Molly McGuigan at [email protected]. We have tents, sleeping bags, sleeping pads, and camping chairs available. BICYCLES Stop by the front desk of the Recreation & Athletics Center (RAC) to check out a bike.
Register for a session on ems.keuka.edu/virtualems. Sign-up as a club, athletic team, class, or department for designed to meet your goals. Programs can be held anywhere, including the challenge course, classroom, residence hall, gym, or any outdoor location.
TEAM/GROUP BONDING & DEVELOPMENT – Go through a series of fun games, low
and high ropes course elements, and ground initiatives – all with the specific goal of
group growth. Great for leadership development, enhanced communication, greater
respect and unity – all while having fun!
ACADEMIC SUPPLEMENTATION – For professors looking to spice up their class. Create
a personalized adventure that will help students make meaningful connections between
classroom learning and real-world interactions.
TRAININGS/SEMINARS – Participate in the DISC Personality Styles seminar to learn
more about yourself and communicating with others. Learn how to lead groups, enhance
your presentations or meetings, manage conflict, administer a program, or become an
Adventure Facilitator!
Related_Clubs Equestrian Team — We have both recreational riders and competitive riders. Recreational riders utilize a barn less than 2 miles from campus, while competition riders utilize a state-of-the-art facility only 8 miles from campus.
Paintball Club – Members of the Paintball club take several trips each semester competing against each other and in local tournaments. Keuka College has reserved a space on campus for members of the team to play.
Adventure Club – Adventure club is one of the largest clubs on campus! They are the brains and the brawn behind a majority of the programming seen in this brochure. They also plan private trips, for club members only.

NON-NCAA SPORTS
EQUESTRIAN TEAM We have both recreational riders and competitive riders. The competitive team shows in the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association. Members utilize a state-of-the-art facility only a few miles from campus.
Coach – Holly Bedient, [email protected] CHEERLEADING The Keuka College cheerleading team serves as the heart of the Wolfpack, performing at all home basketball contests and several fall and spring athletic events. The cheer team also trains in stunting, tumbling, and pyramiding skills, while competing locally.
Coach – Michelle Wojnar, [email protected] DANCE TEAM The dance team performs at all home basketball contests and several fall and spring athletic contests and events. You’ll also see them at their end of the year showcase, performing a variety of dance styles, and at local competitions.

Campus Rec employs several Student Coaches to assist you in reaching your fitness and wellness goals. Whether you’re new to the gym or you’re an advanced athlete just looking for a spot – they can help! If you’d like to set up a time to meet with one of our Student Coaches, contact Michelle Wojnar, [email protected].
Wonder what your body fat percentage is and how much lean mass you have? Find out with our body composition testing. Our experienced staff will test your body fat percentage and give you the data you need to take the next step to a healthier you!
All facility rentals for student, faculty, and staff groups must be submitted through our online event management system at ems.keuka.edu/virtualems. Got so involved in your dodgeball game that you forgot to take your backpack with you on your way home? Just stop by the front desk and let the attendant know. We keep all lost and found items handy so they can be returned to their owners.
Lockers are available to rent for $10/year. Stop in to see Jon Accardi if you’d like to arrange for a lock and locker.

6th ANNUAL POLAR PLUNGE Freeze your face off, with all proceeds going to the Ronald McDonald House! Test your might against the chilly Keuka Lake waters and warm back up with free hot cocoa, bonfire, and music. More information, including registration will be made available in February.
