NOTE: access to your allocation is meant to get them going – not serve as their startup or production environment
• Tip 10: Monitor your users’ usage on your allocation to make sure they don’t use up your allocation running their “production” jobs

How to Manage Your Champion Allocation
• Tip 9: Make sure your users change the allocation number in their jobs after they get their own allocation so they will charge against their new allocation. Have them:– Change the number in the job submission file (see
specific resource guide for details)-OR-
– Email [email protected] with a request to change the “default” project number on the resource (if they are on multiple projects)
42

How to Manage Your Champion Allocation
• Tip 11: If you run out of cycles on a resource before your allocation is up for renewal, you can submit a “supplemental” request for additional time but explain briefy in your abstract why you need the additional cycles on the resource.
