Grapes of Garnacha, from small plots with low yields, are hand-picked and fermented separately in small vats, then transferred into French oak barrels to complete the malolacc fermentaon process. The wines spend 15-22 months maturing, then every barrel is sampled, and aſter a very strict selecon these exclusive wines are boled — in limited producon.
