Everything about the Jayco Camper Trailer has been designed for your family’s comfort and convenience with its large internal space containing clever, fine-tuned designs.

Step 3:Once the roof is fully raised, slide both bed ends out. This is an easy process due to the built in rollers and nylon slides.

Step 4:Insert the bed support poles under each bed to support the beds.

With a wide range of upgrades introduced for the 2012 models, the core values remain: parents sleeping one end, kids the other (and, depending on the model, the Camper Trailer can accommodate up to 8 people).

Importantly you’ll have everything you need in one RV: queen size bed (in most models), 4 burner gas griller, 3-way fridge, easy roll storage drawers to name just a few.

Just follow these simple steps and in minutes you’ve converted your easy to tow Camper into a luxuriously spacious home away from home.

Step 1: Unlatch the roof clips at each corner.

Step 2: Wind up the roof section using the fully enclosed wind up system.

Step 5:Drop down the split door, which is simply stored on the roof during travelling. Connect top section of door to the bottom.

Step 6:Insert the internal bed poles by simply hinging up the end frame and sliding the top pole into place.

SUPERIOR DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION

PATENTED, FULLY ENCLOSED ROOF LIFTER SYSTEM01. Jayco uses tubular anodised lifter

posts with smooth walls that will not chafe or soil the tent. Nylon bushes reduce friction and keep the roof more stable when raised.

02. The roof lifter system is fully enclosed above the floor to eliminate the chance of damage from road debris or the weather. Steel pulleys with built-in bearings make the cables track accurately and won’t wear out.

03. Strong flexible push-rods running on nylon guide the roof upwards as you wind the crank.

04. The automatic brake on our winch helps prevent the roof from slipping as it elevates. We back our winch component with a lifetime guarantee to the original owner.

05. Our lifter handle is positioned at a comfortable height and its gearing makes the wind-up easy.

ONE PIECE TENT SECTIONTo achieve superior quality, we manufacture our tent sections in-house. With state-of-the-art computerised cutting, precision is guaranteed. This accuracy combines with Jayco craftsmanship to ensure that our double-stitched one-piece tent constructions are resistant to long term problems caused by the natural shrinkage of canvas. We use high quality Australian-made Bradmill canvas together with top quality synthetics in the wet areas.

RELIABLE POWERThe Setec power converter is Australian-designed and constructed for our country’s occasionally inconsistent supply of power in remote areas. This built-in fused power converter provides a safe 12v supply from 240v mains. Produced specifically for Jayco, the Setec system delivers generous lighting on either 240v or 12v supply. When only 12v power is available, the unit is self-sensing and no switching is required. A valuable additional feature of the unit is its built-in trickle charger (13.5v output) to cater for an auxiliary battery.

ENDURANCE CHASSISIndependent testers describe it as the clever chassis…�•����Superior�strength�and�protection.�•����PSC�members,�that�support�the�floor,�

are superior to box section steel in terms of bending and compression.

ADVANCED DOOR DESIGNNever satisfied with the norm, the Jayco Design and Innovation Department has been developing and testing the new door for over Two years.

This new door is to take the Camper Trailer into the modern day with a new insulated Sheet Compound Moulded top door and SMC bottom door. The new design features no sharp corners for safety.

Jayco allow an amount of additional weight (Carrying Load) for each individual unit manufactured above the initial manufactured Tare Weight of the unit.
