Job Title: Face-to-Face Campaign Manager

Pay Band: £26,000 pa plus OTE

Location: T.B.D.

Main Purpose of Job:

To manage and deliver the in-house Face-to-Face Fund-raising (F2F) programme for Blind Children UK (BCUK) which delivers long-term, quality donors with benchmarked KPI's at the lowest possible cost and supports the charity’s regular giving programme. Accountable at all times for the successful performance of the campaign, the campaign manager will be monitored and targeted on BCUK key KPI's.

Strategic

Takes the lead on the development and implementation of a coherent strategy for the recruitment and retention of long-term donors.

Analyses and evaluates the in-house F2F programme on an on-going basis, liaising with and providing recommendations to the Face to Face Operations Manager.

Takes responsibility for maintaining KPI's and is swift and decisive in addressing and combating any areas of under performance.

Operational

Works with in-house and external providers to recruit and maintain national sections of in-house F2F fundraisers.

Identifies, trains, manages and retains section managers.

Works with coaches to provide initial and ongoing training for fundraisers and team leaders.

Works alongside the sites-co-ordinator to book, evaluate and manage the national sites diaries.

Ensures coaches, team leaders and fundraisers are trained and managed on all areas of BCUK and PFRA standards and that all rules, delineations and expectations are adhered to. When required attends PFRA user and provider meetings.

Liaises with the operations manager and section managers to keep complaints to a minimum and where these occur takes swift and conclusive action.

Works to build and maintain high standards of representation for the BCUK in-house campaign.

Conducts site visits to ensure standards and objectives are being met.

Managerial

Ensures relevant reporting and administrative processes are maintained throughout the campaign.

Conducts regular and SMART targeted 121's with section managers, reviewing all KPI's. Ensures SMART 121's are taking place throughout all levels of the campaign.

Develops section managers ensuring an able and well trained deputy is in place at all times, ensures section managers and team leaders have trained assists.

Prepares section managers for campaign meetings, analyses KPI reports by section and by team and provides action and solution to combat shortfall/maintain performance.

Monitors campaign wide and individual no-show and attrition rates and work with operations and section managers to plan and implement any training, development and disciplinary actions.

General

Contributes to the general running of the campaign, attending meetings, liaising with other departments and external agencies.

Upholds and promotes the Charity’s commitment to diversity and the benefits it brings and complies with the policies and procedures.

Undertakes any other duties as may be reasonably required by the Face to Face Operations Manager.

Is open to develop, alter and diversify the in house campaign.
