The Center will have two hand-made Shigerus – one 9’ for solo performances and one 7’ for orchestral performances. GRAND ATRIA STAIRCASE $250,000 This romantic, sweeping staircase will span and connect the Grand Lobby with the Mezzanine Lobby and the Balcony Lobby. The Grand Staircase will be an architectural focal point of the venue that will greet visitors upon entering the Grand Lobby.

OUTSIDE THE CENTER

PERFORMERS PIAZZA $1,000,000Adjacent to both the Ambassador George L. Argyros Global Citizens Plaza and the stage door, the Performers Piazza will be a small, quiet, park-like setting with both hard and organic surfaces. The space will accommodate seating for small gatherings with the actors, musicians and dancers before or after the performances. EXCLUSIVE SEATING BOX SEATING

ORCHESTRA LEVEL $250,000 EACHEnjoy the show from your private box at the Orchestra Level and be close to the action. With movable seating that can be arranged to your liking, you and your guests are sure to be comfortable.

AVAILABILITY: One Orchestra Level Box, holding four guests, is available. (Three additional boxes at this level are currently reserved.)

MEZZANINE LEVEL $100,000 EACH

Box seating at the Mezzanine Level offers a full view of the orchestra pit and the performers on stage, giving you the opportunity to soak in the full theatre experience. Seats can be rearranged, allowing you the freedom to customize the layout of your box.

AVAILABILITY: Two Mezzanine Level Boxes are available: one back box accommodating six guests in moveable seats and one middle box accommodating four guests in moveable seats. (Four additional boxes at this level are currently reserved: two front boxes, one middle box and one back box.)

BALCONY LEVEL $50,000 EACH Guests in Balcony Level box seating have the best view of the entire house and are able to enjoy the incredible acoustics of the Orchestra Hall. Seats in the Balcony Level Boxes can be rearranged, allowing guests to adjust their seat to get the perfect (and most comfortable) view.

AVAILABILITY: Five Balcony Level Boxes are available: two back boxes accommodating four guests in movable seats, two middle boxes accommodating

five guests in movable seats, and one front box accommodating three guests in movable seats. (One additional front box at this level is currently reserved.)

Located behind the main stage for cast members, the Practice Room/Staging area is available for on stage luncheons, dinners and receptions. ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE SUITE $250,000 Producing and organizing world-class fine arts performances doesn’t happen overnight; it takes a strong team of consummate professionals. The Administrative Office Suite will be home to founding Dean and Artistic Director William Hall, who will be celebrating his 53rd year at Chapman when the center opens, along with members of the Center for the Arts. TECHNICAL DIRECTORS OFFICE $40,000 DRESSING ROOMS This is where magical transformations will take place. Hours before the curtain rises, performers gather for styling, makeup, costuming and last-minute preparations for their big night. The dressing room is where real life yields to the magical world of the stage.
