How do I get a receipt for my donation for tax purposes? Ifyoumadeyourcontributionviapayrolldeduction,youcanuseyourpaystub, W-2,oranotherdocumentfurnishedbyyouremployerthatshowsthedateandamountofyourcontribution.

We encourage all donors to use a copy of their pledge form for receipt purposes and to consult their tax advisor.

Can I reduce, stop, or change my pledge? Yes,employeescanalwaysreduce,change,ordiscontinuetheirpayrolldeductionpledgebycontactingyourorganization’spayrollprocessororpayrolldepartmentwhowillcoordinatewithCommunityHealthCharities.
