Camino Woods II Homeowners Association" Inc. 22442 San Miguel Way Boca Raton, Florida 33433 ANNUAL MEETING CAMINO WOODS II Tuesday, February 8, 2011 The annual meeting of Camino Woods II Homeowner's Association was brought to order at 7:00 p.m. by President, Chuck Lyday and asked Francine Hart, Secretary, if there was a quorum. She indicated "Yes". Proof of notice ofthe meeting was done properly and in a timely manner. Board Members Present: Chuck Lyday, Ron Hoekzema, Fred Crane, Francine Hart, Bob Charbonneau and Jerry Ehrlick, Carl Goetz was absent due to sickness. The President opened the meeting by welcoming everyone. The first point of business was to introduce the new homeowners in the community. They are: Wanda Grumet, 6009; Daniel and Ligia Crocker, 6066; Richard and Nancy Belli, 6110 and Sharon Hershey and Dau Ritter, 6227. We all welcome them to the community. Secretary: Francine Hart. A motion was made by Ed Hart to waive the reading of the minutes of the Annual Meeting of2010. 2 nd by Mike Rienzo, It was unanimously approved by the membership. Election of Directors: The terms of two Board Members were up at this time. They are Bob Charbonneau and Chuck Lyday. They have agreed to stay for another 3 years. Jerry Erlick's term was completed. Daniel Crocker was asked to serve. He agreed. The membership was asked if there were any other nominees for the Board. There were none. Nominations were closed. Daniel Crocker was elected. Unanimous acceptance by the membership. He was elected for a three (3) year term. Treasurer: Fred Crane distributed the financials for the year 2010. He reviewed the report and answered questions. Motion was made by Saul Kuperstock to approve. It was seconded by the membership. Report attached. Motion passed. Chuck Lyday introduced each Board Member and asked them to give a short report on the committee they chaired. Committee Reports: Architectural: Chuck Lyday A report was given about a Palm Beach truck destroying much of the west walkway and grass during a service call for the sewer drain. They have assured us they will repair the damage. Safety signs have been placed on the west walkway. A new Architectural review board request form was given out. These should be used by all homeowners and given to a member oftbeARB or a Board Member. Insurance: CWII insurance is beiug reviewed and up for renewal in April. Front Entrance: New reveal lights were installed in all fixtures. Chuck also placed American Flags in each front lawn on all National Holidays.

ANNUAL MEETING CAMINO WOODS IITuesday, February 8, 2011

The annual meeting of Camino Woods II Homeowner's Association was brought to order at 7:00p.m. by President, Chuck Lyday and asked Francine Hart, Secretary, if there was a quorum. Sheindicated "Yes". Proof of notice ofthe meeting was done properly and in a timely manner.

Board Members Present: Chuck Lyday, Ron Hoekzema, Fred Crane, Francine Hart, BobCharbonneau and Jerry Ehrlick, Carl Goetz was absent due to sickness.

The President opened the meeting by welcoming everyone.

The first point of business was to introduce the new homeowners in the community. They are:Wanda Grumet, 6009; Daniel and Ligia Crocker, 6066; Richard and Nancy Belli, 6110 and SharonHershey and Dau Ritter, 6227. We all welcome them to the community.

Club House: Ron Hoekzema Normal Maintenance for the Club House. New exit signs wereinstalled.

Poot Ron Hoekzema: The pool needs to be re-marcited. The estimate is $6-8000. The pool andspa reserve will finance this.

Spa: We have received information that we have to install a collector tank for the spa before July1,2011. Cost: $13,000 - $16,000. Ron Hoekzema is trying to find out if this really has to be done.Ron has contacted State Rep. Irv Siosberg's office for help. He is still working on this.

Community Affairs: Francine Hart - A thank you went out to the ladies that helped all year on thecommittee and also those that registered the membership for this meeting. Ellen Krystofik will betaking over the chair for the community affairs committee. Notices will go out with informationabout parties.

Paint/Trees & Roof: Ron Hoekzema, Pressure cleaning of all the roofs and club house will be donethis Fall.Ron Hoekzema will contact the mail box supplier to see if we can get some touch up paint for themailboxes.

Landscape: In the absence of Carl Goetz.Landscape Chair, Bob Charbonneau reported that GrassRoots is doing a good job .••so far. They have only been here once, but did a good job.

Irrigation: Bob Charbonneau: West Boca Irrigation has our community under control. No newproblems have erupted.

Lakes: It appears that the high nutrients in the South canal have killed some fish. There alsoseems to be a lot of weeds. Otherwise, everything is great.

Website: Fred Crane. Fred is continuing to update our Website.sign in, ID is your last name and password is your house number,

Questions or comments from Association members Present.

A question arose about the list of committees and who is on them. Francine Hart, Secretary, saidshe will mail out the information as soon as the files are updated.

Fred Crane said a list of all vendors used by homeowners is on our website. If you have additionalvendors, please let him know so he can update the list.

Fred Crane made a motion to adjourn at 7:40 p.m.; 2nd by Francine Hart. Meeting adjourned.
