EWS- (Extreme Wide Shot)
EWS shot is a camera
shot which is used as
a establishing shot
during or at the start of
films.
it is a view which is
far from the object or
subject.

VWS- Very wide Shot
This is a camera shot
which is further away
from the object making
it barely visible.
This type of creates
emphasis on the
surrounding of the
person or object.

WS- Wide Shot
In a film or video the camera is positioned to
observe the most action in the shot, in this case
the picture mainly focuses on a worker which is
the action.

MS- Mid Shot
MS shot show most part of the person or
object in a more detail while still giving an
impression of all of the person or object.

MCU- Medium Close-Up
A medium close-up shot is half way between a
medium shot and a close up shot, this shot
shows the object or person clearly without
making the person uncomfortable.

A certain part of the person or object takes
majority of the frames space.
Close ups emphasize the persons emotional
state, this shot makes the viewer pay more
attention on the persons expressions.

Cut in refer to a specific part of the object or
person in detail.

OSS- Over the Shoulder Shot
Over the shoulder shot is a camera shot from
behind someone and overlooking their shoulder
and it normally occupies 1/3 of the frame.

This is a shot from a persons prospective, this
shot is mostly used during interviews to show
the persons reactions and emotions.

This shows a character view, it will be what they
would be seeing through there eyes.
