YOUR CAMERA INCLUDES A BUILT-IN 4G LTE CELLULAR MODEM AND WILL COME ONLINE AUTOMATICALLY WITHIN 5 MINUTES ONCE POWERED ON.

This guide will help you install your TrueLook camera system. Installation includes four basic steps:

1. Remove the packing materials which protected your camera during shipping.

2. Power up your system to verify operation prior to installation. It is easier to troubleshoot any issues before the unit is installed at its final location.

3. Mount and aim your camera system (and solar components, if included).

4. Connect power.

Once powered, you may log in to your camera at www.truelook.com with your username

and password (provided on page 2).

Your camera ships pre-configured and ready to go right out of the box.

Remove any protective coverings from the enclosure exterior. If indicated on your unit, you may need to

remove additional packaging from within the enclosure.

Re-seal the enclosure, supply power to your camera, and you may test the camera’s operation before its

final installation.

Mounting The CameraAll TrueLook cameras include a pole mount bracket and steel straps.

Begin by mounting this bracket.

You may feed the straps through the front or side slots of the bracket,

depending on your pole diameter. (See diagram)

With your bracket aimed towards the center of your jobsite, tighten

the straps securely.

The included straps will fit poles from 3” to 12.5” in diameter. They

utilize a worm-drive gear that can be tightened or loosened with a

flathead screwdriver.

For Fixed-Position Cameras:1. Install the mounting arm to your bracket using the included bolts.

2. Attach the camera to the mounting arm using the included bolts.

3. Aim your camera, then tighten all bolts.

SOLAR MODULE USERS: At this point, please proceed to the “Solar Modules Installation Manual,” and follow the

instructions through the end of the guide.

4. Supply power. Your camera will be online and ready to use within 5 minutes.

For PTZ Cameras:1. Place two lower bolts into the mounting bracket as pictured.

2. Slide the enclosure’s lower keyhole slots onto these two bolts (green arrow).

3. Install the upper two bolts with washers to secure the enclosure to the mount.

SOLAR MODULE USERS: At this point, please proceed to the “Solar Modules Installation Manual,” and follow the

instructions through the end of the guide.

4. Supply power. Your camera will be online and ready to use within 5 minutes.

If you purchase a TrueLook SAAS subscription along with your new webcam, TrueLook will provide

continuing warranty coverage for such webcam after expiration of the Manufacturer’s Warranty

subject to the same terms and limits set forth in the Manufacturer’s Warranty up to replacement of

a defective webcam so long as you remain continuously subscribed to the TrueLook SAAS that you

purchased with such new webcam (the “TrueLook Extended Warranty”); provided, that TrueLook’s

maximum liability under the TrueLook Extended Warranty shall be to exchange a defective webcam

for a new webcam of the same or a comparable model. For avoidance of doubt, if such TrueLook

SAAS subscription ends or lapses for any reason, the TrueLook Extended Warranty on such webcam

shall expire and will not be reactivated if such TrueLook SAAS subscription is reinstated.
