BOOKING FACTS

THE COURSE PRICE INCLUDES:• Tuition as stated, course materials and end of course certificate• Accommodation and all meals• Activities and excursions as stated• Use of sports facilities where available (as part of a scheduled programme)

THE COURSE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:• Transfers to and from the centres (see transfer prices on page 5)• UM service/assisted check-in service• Examination fees (optional)• Optional excursion fees• Medical/travel insurance (please take out comprehensive insurance before

travelling to the UK/USA)• Registration fee of £100/$150/$150 CAD (for individual students only)

HOW TO BOOKAfter selecting your centre(s), please contact us to request a provisional booking (‘Option’), detailing numbers of students, age range, preferred dates and duration of stay. We will add your booking to our reservations database system. We will then send you a Reservation Form, which outlines our payment schedule.

For groups, the standard payment schedule is as follows:• Deposit, amounting to 10% of the total course fees (non-refundable), payable on 1st March. This will secure your booking.• Instalment of 20% of the course fees, due on 1st May• Balance of 70% of the course fees, payable at least one month before arrival

Some centres have different payment schedules which will be detailed in the reservation form.

Individuals are required to pay a £100 registration fee and a £200 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking (for the US this is $150 & $300, for Canada this is $150 & $300CAD). The balance of the booking is payable at least one month before arrival.

If you request airport transfers or any additional services (e.g. optional excursions), the cost of these will be included in your final invoice.
