    The present report was prepared by the Royal Government of Cambodia with the support of the National Committee for Disaster Management (NCDM), Line Ministries and the technical and financial support of he United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and other UN Agencies and Development Partners. In particular, the final report was consolidated and edited by NCDM and UNDP. Sectorial Reports have been elaborated by government line ministries, UN Agencies and Development Partners according to their mandate and previous participation in the humanitarian response phase.
