WORK EXPERIENCE:
MY MASHALLAHMate/Engineer Cannes,France April - September 2016full season on a 32m astondoa as mate/engineer until the end of September, 30th 2016( seasonal position). My role onboard consists of all deck duties (wash downs, exterior maintenance , mooring/anchor operations, tender and water sport operations/ activities) as well as the basic engine room maintenance, watches/checks and operations). 2× kohler generators and 2 MTU 2000 series main engines.
MY 360Deckhand/2nd Engineer Nice, France MARCH-APRIL 201615 days temporary/relief contract on a 48m ISA build m/y. Work consisted of wash down, stainless polishing, teak cleaning, tender service, generator service, basic engine room maintenance, garage door maintenance and watch keeping.
MY GOLDEN HORNDeckhand/Engineer assistant Bodrum, Turkey APRIL-OCTOBER 2015Full season onboard a private/ charter 42m m/y as a deckhand/ assistant engineer. One and half months spent in shipyard doing a refit to engine room and exterior before the start of the season. I did extensive tender driving throughout the season on a 10m tender with a 250hp outboard motor as well as a 6m nautical jet tender. Season consisted with extensive sailing around Turkey and Greece with me taking part,handling fore castle operations(anchor, winch and mooring), stern to shore and maneuvering operations, tender operations, general deck duties( wash downs, maintenance and line handling) as well as assisting engineer in maintenance and operations of all systems( quantum hydraulic system, watermakers, fuel/ waste transfers, main engines, generators and general duties) in the engine room.
