I’m so glad I’m a part of the family of God

I’ve been washed in the fountain,

cleansed by His Blood!

Joint heirs with Jesus as we travel this sod;

For I’m part of the family, the family of God

You are worthy, Father, Creator. You are worthy, Savior, Sustainer.

You are worthy, worthy and wonderful;

Worthy of worship and praise.


Worthy of rev’rence, worthy of fear,

worthy of love and devotion; Worthy of bowing and bending

of knees, worthy of all this and added to these..


Almighty Father, Master and Lord,

King of all Kings and Redeemer,

Wonderful Counselor, Comforter, Friend, Savior and

Source of our life without end.

FIRST MOMENT OF INSIGHT

Jesus brings comfort in fresh doses.

There are times in every believer’s life when we need a

fresh dose of trust and comfort in Jesus.

SECOND MOMENT OF INSIGHT

Jesus has total knowledge.“ ‘I know your works. Behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one is able to

shut. I know that you have but little power, and yet you have

kept my word and have not denied my name.

Revelation 3:8 (ESV)

THIRD MOMENT OF INSIGHT

Jesus Christ can increase influence and give opportunity

wherever He wants.!

The challenge for the church is the challenge of Perspective!

Some Responses to those with a “Jesus-plus” Theology:

For by works of the law no

human being will be justified in his sight, since through the law comes knowledge of sin.

For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this

is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may

“The strength of the church is not measured by her seating capacity, but by her sending

capacity!” Rick Warren...also by her standing capacity!

It’s okay to be an exciting

church! It’s okay to be a big church! It’s okay to be a

growing church! As long as we are an obedient church!

1. Take Notice

Therefore let him who thinks he stands take heed lest he fall.

But as for you, brethren, do not grow weary in doing good. 2 Thessalonians 3:13 (NKJV)

3.Take Heart

He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My

God, and he shall go out no more. And I will write on him the name of My God and the name of the

city of My God, the New Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God. And I will

write on him My new name. Revelation 3:12 (NKJV)

Savior divine!Now hear me while I pray,

be wholly thine.
