■ The 3rd KICS Korea and China ICT International Workshop will be held in collaboration with Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications (NUPT) from December 14~17, 2013. The international workshop will be held at the Samsung R&D Institute China-Nanjing, located in Nanjing, China.

■ The 3rd KICS Korea and China ICT International Workshop invites the submission of original re-search work including new evolving R&D concept presentations. Authors must submit presenta-tion slides for evaluation of oral presentation or poster presentations at the workshop. The cover page needs to include title of presentation, all author information, and acknowledgment(s) of sponsoring project/organization information. General oral presentations will be for approximately 15 minutes, however, presentation times may change based on ses-sion organization.
