The proportion of research has increased a lot to determine the sustainable well being of the society and hence the individual. It gives me immense pleasure to introduce you with Voice ofResearch a journal in social science. This bilingual (English and Hindi) journal, published quarterly aims to disclose the research abilities and promote quality and excellence in the society. We, the Voice ofResearch family, hereby welcome all our friends with their innovativeresearch and research abilities in the form of a paper to help them reach the greater mass and potential prospects in addition to their academic growth and development. Thus, if you have any innovative idea in the form of a research report, the Voice of Research family would provide you a hand to communicate and share your innovative idea. Last Date of Submission: 25th April 2012 The following are the necessary guidelines for the authors in relation to their papers.

Guidelines to Authors

• Papers submitted for the Journal should not be under consideration for any other publication at the same time.

• A declaration should be made by the author in the covering letter that the paper is original and has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.

• Papers submitted for the Journal should bear the abstract, introduction, rationale, review, research design, analysis and interpretation, findings and conclusion, and references in APA style.

• Research papers should be typed in double-space with 12 font size in Times New Roman and one inch margin on all sides on A4 sizepaper.

• Research paper with the abstract containing tables, figures and reference should be around 3000-4000 words.

• The cover page should contain the title of the paper, author's name, designation, official address and address for correspondence, contact, phone/fax number and e-mail address.

• Reference at the end of the research paper should be in the APA style. • 2 hard copies of the research paper along with the soft copy (CD), declaration form,

and email (in MS Word format, properly labelled with the name of the author and title of the paper) are to be sent to the Editor.

• Publication of the article or paper rests with the Editorial committee and it depends entirely on its standard and relevance. Authors may also be requested to revise their manuscript before they can be accepted for publication. Correspondence in this regard will be done with the first named author unless otherwise indicated.

• Maximum time taken for processing the paper is 3 months. Contributors are free to send the material to any other publication after this period if they don't receive any intimation from Editor, Voice of Research.
