CALL FOR ARTISTS & ARTISANS WARWICK CENTER FOR THE ARTS: WINTER ART SALE Saturday, December 9 (9am – 4pm) Participation Fee: $40 or $35 for WCFA Members Art Sale Guidelines Artworks: • Must be Handmade, not mass-produced • The sale is open to original artworks, prints, greeting cards, crafts, jewelry, textiles, and more! Have questions? Email us at [email protected] with “WINTER ART SALE” in the subject line • Price ranges should be $5.00 - $150.00 • Artist Commission on Artworks Sold: Members (70%) or Non Members (60%) • Photos or samples of each piece must be submitted to WCFA by Saturday, November 29. Artist Preparation for Sale: 1. Must tag each piece with… • First name’s first initial + Last name’s 2 first letters / number (01,etc) / title / cost • Andy Warhol tag example: AWA01/Soup Painting/$100 2. Must provide an inventory list… • Inventory list should include your name, email, and phone number • list all pieces using the tag labeling method above • This list is used by WCFA staff and volunteers to track sales 3. TO SUBMIT: Email your inventory list with artwork images to [email protected] with “WINTER ART SALE” in the subject line. Drop off / Pick Up / Day of Sale: • Drop off at WCFA i. Wednesday, December 6, 10:30 – 3:30pm ii. Thursday, December 7, 1:30 – 6:00pm • Pick Up at WCFA of remaining items i. Wednesday, December 13, 10:30 – 3:30pm ii. Thursday, December 14, 1:00 – 6:00pm • Day of Sale iii. WCFA will provide staff/volunteers to collect money for all sales iv. Artists are welcome to staff tables, but this is not required v. Forms for payment accepted are: cash, personal checks, credit card Marketing: Artists are encouraged to share this WCFA Winter Art Sale with family, friends, and customers via flyers, emails, and social media posts.
