When enjoying a service with the spa, you are welcome to use all locker room amenities, such as our steam, sauna and experience showers. With this in mind, please plan to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled service. This allows our technicians to consult with you on a treatment plan and begin your service on time.

What to Wear & loCker rooMs

Loose, comfortable clothing is best when arriving for your spa service. Lockers are reserved and assigned to individual guests. At the conclusion of your spa day, please leave your robe and slippers in your assigned locker. However, if you love our robes and sandals as much as we do, we invite you to take them (robes and sandals) home with you. If you do, a spa amenity charge of $100 will be added to your room or credit card.

Our hours of operation vary by season, but we will do our best to accommodate large groups and bookings. Please call the spa to confirm spa hours, or look us up on the web at www.sunvalley.com/spa. Guests under the age of 8 years old are not permitted in spa or salon areas; guests ages 8 to 15 must be accompanied by a parent

or legal guardian. For children ages 16 to18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must be present to sign our spa consent form on their behalf.

Spa guests are invited to enjoy our outdoor pool and hot tub. Relax poolside and enjoy beverage service either before or after your scheduled spa service. In addition, curl up with a book, or simply enjoy the peaceful ambiance of our individual men’s and women’s relaxation lounges.

fitness & yoga

Guests of the lodge and spa are welcome to use our state-of-the-art fitness facility. Here, you can enjoy an array of weight and elliptical machines, cardio equipment and free weights. We invite you to participate in Saturday morning yoga. Please call the spa to sign up for the class, as it fills up quickly.

gift Cards

Gift cards are the perfect solution if you would like to prepay for a service. They are available for purchase at the spa in any denomination you choose. Gift cards can also be mailed to you or directly to a gift recipient for a small postage fee, or can be kept at the spa reception for pickup with a valid ID.

CanCellations

Spa treatments and services are custom booked with spa technicians and are guaranteed when booked with a valid credit card number or room number. Please call the spa 24 hours prior to your service if you need to cancel your appointment for any reason. Unfortunately, missed appointments and no-shows within 24 hours of service are charged the full treatment price.
