• Launched STEM and workforce development programs through Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator (LACI), Ecology Action, and Valley CAN / Bakersfield College
• Sustained effort with EV Noire to gauge EV awareness and perceptions and bring down barriers to adoption

Sacramento Green City investment recipients continued providing mobility services
