Increasing Community Safety Through Partnerships
Cal State Reentry Initiative
Under contract from the CDCR, the University Enterprises
Corporation at California State University San Bernardino, and
partnering agencies provide basic programming to parolees returning to the Inland Empire from California prisons thus
reducing recidivism, increasing community safety and breaking
the cycle of generational incarceration.
