We have developed a method of removing worn disks from train bogies without the need to remove the train wheel and dismantle the entire axle, thereby saving considerable time and expense.
Our design team developed an innovative solution by engineering the 100 tonne hydraulic Calbah Bogie Wheel Disk Splitter. Some of the features include:

Each handrail section is able to swing back 180 degrees, permitting full access to the carriages between the mild steel posts. A quick-mount system allows each section to be removed as requiredforeasyaccess.Theseunitsareacommonfititemthatmeetallstandardsandare also available in a non-swing option.
