senior citizens, and the spouses of CAA Life Members also qualify for discounted rates.

The two primary forms of CAA membership are the Standard and the Golden Bear memberships. The Standard membership, which can be purchased at both the annual and lifetime levels, provides alumni with a host of benefits, ranging from discounts at affiliated companies like Avis and the Aurora Theater Company in Berkeley to free access to any University of California campus library. Golden Bear members, meanwhile, receive additional customized benefits, such as Golden Bear lapel pins cut with Cal colors and reports in California magazine, an award-winning publication distributed to more than 100,000 alumni members.
