Making Cake Pops

What are Cake Pops?
Cake Pops are little balls of cake and frosting dipped in chocolate on a stick.

Ingredients
Cake mix 3 eggs 1 ¼ cup water 1/3 cup vegetable oil
12 oz. frosting Candy melts Cake pop sticks Wax paper Baking sheet Assorted sprinkles Styrofoam
Assorted sprinkles
Medium size bowl
Cake mix instructions
1. Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees.
2. Spray pan with non-stick spray
3. Mix- cake mix, oil, water and eggs in large bowl. Beat for 2 minutes on low speed.
4. Bake in a 13x9 in pan for 30 mins.
5. Remove from oven and let cake coolcompletely.

1. Crumble cake into a large bowl. 2. Add frosting into crumbs and mix well.3. Make small (ping pong ball size) balls and place on (lined
with wax paper) baking sheet. 4. Place the tray in freezer for 10 mins or until solid
Melting the chocolate
Melt chocolate or white chocolate in a double boiler on the stove over low heat.
Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
Dipping cake pops in chocolate
1. Drop cake ball into melted chocolate.2. Scoop cake ball out of chocolate with a spoon and place on wax paper3. Place in freezer for 5 mins4. Dip tip of stick in chocolate and insert in cake ball
