As a side job (REAL JOB...Ha Ha), Jan found the job his dreams (literally) in an upscale downtown deli named Panini’s. He thought soccer was his life but he soon realized that making sandwich and iends was a natural talent for him. Aſter several years hard work, he purchased that same rtaurant, Panini’s, in 1999. Life was great, he was a young, single busin owner and loving life. What could be ber?!? LOVE! And he fell hard!! Who would have thought that a Cajun b om Sc, Louisiana would fall in love with a Colombian om Florida. Well, he did... that’s ere he m? me, Diana, a Florida State Alumni (Go NOLES, ok wait, I mean CAJUNS! J). Jan and I maied here in Sc in 2001 and we have been haily maied as bt iends and busin partners since then! Every story has a beginning, and we are proud to share ours!! After many years of playing soccer, Jan-Scott was drafted to play indoor soccer for The Tallahassee Scorpions in Florida. As a side job (REAL JOB...Ha Ha), Jan found the job of his dreams (literally) in an upscale downtown deli named Panini’s. He thought soccer was his life but he soon realized that making sandwiches and friends was a natural talent for him. After several years of hard work, he purchased that same restaurant, Panini’s, in 1999. Life was great, he was a young, single business owner and loving life. What could be better?!? LOVE! And he fell hard!! Who would have thought that a Cajun boy from Scott, Louisiana would fall in love with a Colombian from Florida. Well, he did... that’s where he met me, Diana, a Florida State Alumni (Go NOLES, ok wait, I mean CAJUNS! J). Jan and I married here in Scott in 2001 and we have been happily married as best friends and business partners since then! And now we have adorable Columbian-Cajun additions named Aidan-Scott, Addison-Scott. The four of us live well, love much, and laugh often!!! It’s our goal to be friendly, open, and real with all our customers. So, join our restaurant tradition, where we treat friends as family and family as friends.
