SANTA CRUZ, BOLIVIADoes modern society encourage people to be creative more or less than was the case in previous times?

We are living in a world that changes every minute and has a lot of opportunities for the people. If you want to get a job in a company, it is possible but you must be prepared because right now the companies need decided people and good workers. The society is very different than 60 years ago, right now modern society is changing and a lot of people is changing with the society creating new necessities or new opportunities.I would like to introduce three kind of generations that appeared between the 60s and 70s The baby boomers, between the 80s and 90s The Generation X and between the 90s until today The Millennials. The baby boomers used to work in an office and the responsabilities were too much simple than today because they had to do only the work that they were assigned. Beside, you did exactly the right time to start and finish your day. You had only one dream, be successful. Once you have chosen a career it was a decision that would pretty much last for the rest of your life. The older workers thought the young ones because it was essential if you need to grow with the company and you had to follow a linear in hierarchical structures. Baby boomers did not bring work home but they worked hard every day and they were disciplined. At the end of the day, baby boomers had a little bit of time to enjoy the life. Having a job with guarantee social status was the first step towards marriage and starts a family. As you can see, the society knew only one way to be successful and there wasnt a possibility for being creative because the system didnt allowed you.The Generation X redefined relationship between worth and reward, super confident, extroverted very competitive in doing everything in their power to achieve quick growth. These guys were always looking for better offers. These people studied more because they reached NBAs and PHDs to be more competitive. These people turned the business into the happy hour in a bar and the person that concretes the deal, gets a place in the board of directors of the company in the shortest time possible. After that they start to enjoy the life, because it was a safety work place that you would not reject. The Generation X was capable to be a little bit creative but they needed to study a lot until to be successful and follow the rules of a company.Today, the journey is a little different, it really seems more important to have fun on the ride then to make it to the final destination. Millennials are unpredictable kids, they are the ones perfect in translating this new vision. They know like no one else how to recognize opportunities and to follow their dreams. Millennials can open creative economy and they are painting a never-before-seen scenario. Millennials are successful if they feel pleasure with their work.Millennials have another thing that characterized them; its the ability to connect themselves into the world with the internet. They are not interested in long-term projects and the traditional pyramid inside of companies doesnt really fit with the millennial young people. They are excited about working with older generations but only if the relationship is in equal terms and with mutual respect. Its all about exchanging knowledge and doesnt matter your age. Millennials have the ability to discover things on their own. For them it is important to have a job, but its become more important to have a purpose that can be carried out in different forms at the same time. These guys build their own work space and their own work style where introverted people can transform their ideas into million dollar business, like Facebook or Google. Tesla Motors is another company that is changing the world and it started as an idea to solve a problem in our society.Being Millennials is about living better in the present with no allusion that a future can be controlled thats because one simple thing whoever adapts more easily can evolve better with the change. The modern society encourage people to be more creative than in previous times, Millennials fit with this characteristic and dont feel fear of the fracase. Nowadays, they open new opportunities of business that the society needs daily.Finally, Millenials are changing the world and they continue surprising us with new ideas but I think that we must not forget the experience of Baby Boomers and Generation X people that opened us the opportunity to change the world. We have to feel responsible for the continuity of this movement.
