ID CardsID CardsAfter opening the student database click on Student/Create ID Cards.

Select Group or StudentsSelect Group or StudentsSelect by Group…

Under “Select Group To Print” click “All Grade Levels” to create ID cards for all students or unselect “All Grade Levels” and check which grade level to create ID cards.

OR

Under “Select Students To Print”…

check Individual Student to create one or more cards.

Print PreviewPrint PreviewAfter making your selection, if you are creating ID cards by grade level click “Group Print”

If you are creating ID cards by Students click “Student Print” to preview the page or pages to print.

Select PrinterSelect PrinterThe printer settings window opens. Choose your printer and other printer options. Cards are formatted to fit Avery 2” X 3” Business Cards. Click OK. ID Cards begin printing.
