Vision Harrisburg Elementary School aims to provide a safe and orderly environment in which creativity, cultural awareness, and academic excellence are promoted through quality instruction and rich opportunities for all students. We aspire to develop caring, self-motivated, and responsible citizens in a changing world.

Opportunities For Improvement? 4th grade was 75.6% proficient in reading according to DE Benchmark testing.

Opportunities For Improvement? Twenty-eight 3rd grade students and 32 4th grade students scored a level 2 or below. Kindergarten and 1st grade students’ challenge is to meet national goals in missing numbers.
