AIRPORT TRANSFERS

GOVERNMENT OF ISRAEL TRAVEL HEALTH & SAFETY GUIDELINES (as of May 2021)

Interactive Tours Ltd strictly adheres to the public health and safety regulations issued by the Israeli government ministries among them: The Ministry of Health, The Ministry of Tourism and other ministries connected to foreign tourism. The current regulations, as of May 2021, require participants to be fully vaccinated at least 14 day before departure or documentation of COVID recovered. You must provide a copy of your CDC card, along with your Passport, at the USA or Canadian Airport for the flight to Israel. In addition, 72 hours, prior to the flight departure for Israel, travelers must pass a PCR COVID-19 test. When you arrive in Israel, you will need to take and pass another PCR test, as well as, an antibody test. You will be responsible for incurred costs. If required, prior to your return to the USA or Canada, a PCR test may be required and Interactive Tours Ltd will advise you of this. All costs are your responsibility. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

REGISTRATION FEE: A non-refundable registration fee of US $100 per person is required to process application. FULL PAYMENT: Full payment is due on or before November 27, 2021, according to the invoice you will receive after processing your Registration Forms. NOTICE OF CANCELLATION MUST BE MADE IN WRITING AND SENT BY EMAIL OR POST, TO AVERY HARRIS, AT THE BELOW ADDRESS. HE MUST ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF THE CANCELLATION.

For cancellations received 50 days or more prior to January 27, 2022 (December 8, 2021), you will be entitled to a refund of paid fees minus $400 per person and any other cancellations fees levied by our suppliers. 49 days (from December 9, 2021) or less you will NOT be entitled to a refund. SECURITY: I affirm that my participation in the CAARI Program is voluntary and that I am aware of the risks related with traveling overseas to Israel, including risks associated with my safety and security. I agree to abide by the security directives issued by Interactive Tours during the course of the Program. I understand that should I travel outside the parameters and/or location of the Program, I do so at my own risk and thus release Interactive Tours of any obligation or responsibility for my safety and security. In addition, I hereby release Interactive Tours and any of its trustees, offices, agents and employees from any claims, which accordingly arise during the course of the Program. TRIP & MEDICAL INSURANCE: Trip Insurance, which covers cancellation and trip interruption, and Medical Insurance is not included in the cost of the tour package, but is available upon request. The CAARI Program expects participants to be in stable physical and mental health and confident in their ability to participate in all activities reflected in the itinerary. Please advise us on the registration form if you have any physical disabilities or limitations. It is understood that participants requiring special medical attention or treatment will be traveling with a care taker. I hereby confirm that I have consulted with a licensed physician within the last six months and that they have confirmed and advised me that I am in good health and suitable for the CAARI program. Interactive Tours is not responsible for ancillary expenses relating to or caused by unanticipated occurrences, including personalized professional care. Money advance or fees paid by Interactive Tours for or on behalf of the client should be immediately reimbursed by the client to Interactive Tours. CODE OF CONDUCT: Interactive Tours reserves the right to dismiss any participant should her/his behavior or medical condition conflict with the code of conduct required during the CAARI Program and/or interfere with the routine of the Program. PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE: (Circle the correct option) I hereby GRANT DO NOT GRANT permission to Jewish National Fund ("JNF") and/or Interactive Tours to use photographs for promotion, marketing, public education and fundraising, and other related activities. LAND ARRANGEMENTS: Sightseeing is included as per the itinerary provided. The package is based on double occupancy, including all taxes and service charges. Double rooms must be booked for two (2) persons. Single rooms are available at an additional cost. Interactive Tours reserves the right to substitute hotels according to availability with adjustment in schedules when necessary. TRANSFERS: Passengers are responsible for their own arrival and departure transfers if not part of the Group Transfer on January 27, 2022 and group departure on night of March 3, 2022.

NOT INCLUDED: Meals not specified in itinerary, airport taxes/fees, medical diagnostics, optional tours, charges for passports, visas, vaccinations and inoculations, laundry, liquor, excess baggage charges, accident and baggage insurance, internet, telephone or cable charges, private non-group transfer, optional gratuities to Program Administer and Guide, items of a personal nature, and any items not specifically listed as included. BAGGAGE: Please check with your airline regarding baggage restrictions. Baggage is at “own risk” throughout the tour. PLEASE NOTE: due to continually changing airport regulations baggage rules are subject to change at any time. Interactive Tours is not responsible for lost, overweight or damaged baggage. Baggage insurance is recommended. Passengers are expected to comply with all current and up-dated baggage and carry-on regulations. RESPONSIBILITY: Interactive Tours is acting solely as an intermediary agent for the travel suppliers providing means of transportation, hotel and/or all other related travel services being purchased (the “Third Party Providers”). Interactive Tours therefore, shall not be liable or responsible for any injury, illness, loss or damage to any person or property or additional expense involved with travel resulting from force majeure, detention, annoyance, delays, quarantine, strikes, thefts, pilferage, diseases, mechanical difficulties, failure of any means of transportation to arrive or depart as scheduled, civil disturbances, terrorism, government restrictions or regulations, and discrepancies or changes in transportation or hotel services or any other matter or event over which Interactive Tours have no control; or for any state of quality, hygiene, political instability, cuisine, sanitation facilities, cleanliness, telecommunications facilities, methods of conducting business, emergency medical evacuation, treatment or medical services existing at any travel destination. By embarking upon his/her travel, the passenger voluntarily assumes all risks involved with such travel, whether expected or unexpected. The issuance and acceptance of any exchange orders or tickets shall constitute consent by the purchaser and/or passenger to the foregoing conditions. All exchange orders and tickets are also subject to such additional terms and conditions as the Third Party Providers may impose. Finally, Interactive Tours shall not be liable for any funds received from the purchaser and/or passenger and paid over to any third Party Provider which subsequently becomes insolvent or files any bankruptcy or similar proceedings or fails to deliver services. SPECIAL NOTE: Delays, cancellations and overbooking by participating Third Party Providers may occur on airline flights and land reservations. While Interactive Tours will do its utmost to avoid these inconveniences, it shall not be liable or responsible for the acts or omissions of such Third Party Providers. Interactive Tours reserves the right (i) to cancel any tour, substitute hotels and make such alterations in tour itineraries as may be necessary or desirable for the convenience of the parties and the proper carrying out of the tour(s); and (ii) to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour. All additional costs, if necessary, shall be the passenger’s responsibility. In addition, Interactive Tours may cancel any tour prior to departure. In such a case, a refund of land services in Israel associated with the program will constitute full settlement with the passenger and/or purchaser of the tour. All disputes arising under, in connection with, or incident to this agreement shall be litigated, if at all, in and before a court located in the City of Tel-Aviv, Israel, and the courts of no other city, state or country shall have any jurisdiction in this regard.
