§ As a Consulting Program Manager for NFL2SevenSummits, a Digital Media startup, managed the design, development and launch of Website and Mobile Apps followed by a crowd funding campaign for the company. This involves Agile project management in a distributed cross-functional team spanning Marketing, Design, Development, Deployment and Content Production.

§ As a Program Manager with the Products, Platforms and Solutions group at Infosys, was responsible for managing the development, first wave implementation and customer success of Infosys Virtual Operations Center which at launch had an impact of over $700M in revenue in the Application/Infrastructure Management space. The next generation platform brought state of the art collaboration tools and Advanced Analytics/Machine Learning to transform the way Infosys ran Infra/App support. § For one of the company’s primary client accounts, Microsoft: Served as the Senior Program Manager for multiple releases of its mission critical worldwide finance applications (such as MS Invoice).

Senior Program Manager, Microsoft Corporation, Redmond, WA 1994-2012

§ As a full time employee of Microsoft Corporation for four years and consultant before and after that, managed multiple projects and programs. Key accomplishments include the following.

o Project Management for a then-revolutionary Shrink-wrap product catering to the B2C residential real estate industry (including a USPTO patent with multiple claims). Managed digitization of Thomas Brothers Guide maps and building out a geographic information system.

o Direct Sales and Reseller platform for Microsoft Cloud Services (Live Meeting web conference). The platform integrated with Siebel CRM, SAP, eSign and provisioning system.

o Project Manager for Corporate SharePoint Migration. Managed new webapp development projects and the successful migration of several websites and enterprise applications to the managed SharePoint platform at Microsoft.

o Program managed the end-to-end implementation and test cycles for the security and privacy compliance requirements of five software development projects (three IT systems, two engineering Cloud products) to successful outcomes for all five resulting in no delay to the formal delivery schedule nor Go Live of each.
