10 steps to moving...

2) Preparation of Marketing MaterialUpon receiving your instruction we will prepare all the marketing material required. Measurements, room descriptions, floor plans and photographs are taken. We insist on capturing sunny photographs - you only get one chance to make a first impression. We will also organise the legally required Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) via one of our accredited assessors.

4) Matching and MailingWe then match your property to our extensive database of registered buyers - all of whom are serious and have been qualified by one of our experienced negotiators. We do not have time for time-wasters and, equally, neither do you. Colwills have a strict policy on the information that must be provided to become one of our applicants or if someone wants to view your home. We use e-mail, traditional post - as people still like a touchy feely brochure (especially as they can keep coming back to it on the coffee table) and the good old fashioned telephone. Too many agents rely on e-mails and digital media alone. It is, of course, a great form of communication, but not always the most effective.

6) Vendor UpdatesIn addition to viewing feedback one of our senior sales team will provide you with regular feedback and updates on: the marketing progress, enquiries, website data and price reviews where applicable.
