Together with the executive team, Mr. Aswin and Mrs. Thapanee have set the company direction to unite BJC and Big C in order to drive the business for significant growth. The event also included “BJC Big C New Year Party 2019 : PROUD to be BJC & Big C” for everyone to celebrate the New Year 2019 Following the Chinese New Year celebrations on 5 th to 6 th Feb 2019, in Malaysia, a total of 40 staff of BJFM were specially treated a sumptuous Chinese New Year “Hoi Kung” (Opening Work) lunch on 11 th February 2019. The lunch reception was hosted by Mr. Phillip Leong, MD – BJFM. Mr. Tul Wongsuphasawat (PRD-BJC BG 2), Mrs. Pilawan Mahahpunt (GM – BJF) and Mrs. Kanchana Charuratchakun, VP- FAD Consumer-Manufacturing, also joined the staff on lunch celebration in BJFM Office to attend meetings. Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Aswin Techajaroenvikul, CEO and President, of BJC Big C Group, on behalf of Sirivadhanabhakdi Foundation, donated cash and medical equipment to the Thai Red Cross Society, Chulalongkorn Hospital, with the total amount of 35,826,845.20 baht (20 million baht in cash and 15,826,845.20 baht for medical equipment) for supporting on the medical potentiality and helping patients on 30 th Jan 2019, at Chulalongkorn Hospital. The donation was from the donation boxes at M-Point Marts and Mini Big C stores. Total donation from July 2017 to December 2019 was 354,614,740 kips or approximately 1,338,000 THB.
