MCA 1 - Support the Crisis Management Team (CMT) during an internal disruption. MCA 2 - Activate Crisis Communication Plan (CCP - internal & external). MCA 3 - During a community emergency assist the ACT Government by contributing to emergency response. MCAs 4 & 5 - Support Information and Communication services including: 4) Information & Communications Technology (ICT) & 5) Telephony. MCA 6 - Maintain 24/7 accommodation (or find alternative accommodation) for clients at Samaritan House. MCA 7 - Support Helpline & Conferences.
