implementation of the e-CMR, Contracting Parties should adopt coordinated position to:• urge more Contracting Parties to
join the Additional Protocol;• urge Governments to agree on
practical implementation requirements and procedures for the E-CMR with a specific focus on agreeing on internationally harmonised technical standards in the domain of electronic signatures and authentication methods.

• Generate CMR Consignment Notes;
• Print out CMR Consignment Notes.
TIR-EPD users are able to use their TIR-EPD data to:
• Automatically fill in the corresponding CMR Consignment Note fields;
• Complement wherever appropriate the CMR Consignment Note with additional data.
