ON THE COVER ... From the time this publication began we have made life long friends. Not long after THE ACCELERATOR MAGAZINE was born, we met some super nice folks that were drag racers. Cynthia “She Devil” was and is still known for her expertise at racing. At the time a teen she had talent and a knack for the sport. Not only was she feared on the track she was quite a looker! (Still is). She did features for us with both her and her dad’s dragsters as well as with other vehicles. This Camaro was one of the others. Being as we are in a nostalgic time of year, reflecting, we will take one last trip down memory lane in 2019. Why not? The car is a black beauty and the model is dressed in glittery red! Issue 310! This car was owned by Lloyd Walker (may still be?). He had found the car and said it was junk! Took him about two years to restore it. The car came with a bench seat! Imagine that!! Camaros from the first generation are fan favs in this area! So enjoy it once again.
