In Memory of Ron & Marge Larson blue bags were donated as a tangible reminder to participate in
our parish food drive. On the last weekend of each
month, you are invited to take a bag from the back of
church, fill it with non-perishable food items and
bring it back to church the first weekend of the
month. The food donated will be transported to one
of our community food banks. Please join in our parish effort to
respond to the growing need of those facing hunger in our
community.
Did You Know...for $250 you can honor a loved
one by providing the hosts and wine at all liturgies for one month at St. Columbkille Parish? OR you can have a Mass said for a loved one and the stipend is only $5. What great ways to honor your loved one AND provide monetary assistance to your parish!
KICK OFF THE SUMMER with St. Columbkille, St. Joseph The
Worker and St. Columbkille School! ALL parishioners of both parishes
and ALL school families are invited to Flora Park & Pool on Saturday,
June 3. For details call Pat Derby, Coordinator of Pastorate Activities,
at 563-451—3557 or e-mail her at [email protected].

Dear Parishioners,
Jesus says in the Holy Gospel today, “If you love Me, you will
keep My commandments.” “And whoever loves Me will be loved
by My Father, and I will love him and reveal Myself to him.”
This is indeed our Easter Season series, we call Face to Face with
Jesus. His Love changes us and the whole world.
We pray for all graduates to be filled with the Spirit of God’s
Divine Love, Faith and spiritual discernment. Thanks to
teachers, parents and all you who have made their graduation a
day to celebrate!
A very Big Thank You to all who have served and are newly
serving in our Pastorate. Welcome to our new Pastoral Councils
and Faith Formation Commissions.
Next Saturday, May 27, you are welcome to attend the
Ordination of our new priest, 10:30 am at the Cathedral. He is
our Pastorate’s New Director of Youth Ministry and Associate
Pastor.
Easter Blessings upon you,
Fr. Gabriel
