ByzantiuMMake a reservation by either calling Byzantium direct on 0117 922 1883, by calling into the restaurant personally or by email to events@byzantium.co.uk. You will need to pay a £50 booking deposit to secure your preferred date. Your reservation will still be held as provisional and will not be treated as a confirmed booking until Byzantium has received a £15 per person deposit within 2 weeks.

CREDIT CARD DEPOSITSIf you wish to pay by credit/debit card then simply print your details onto the enclosed booking form and return by post, or email the form to Byzantium at events@byzantium.co.uk. Alternatively you can make your card deposit payment over the telephone by calling us on 0117 922 1883.

CHEQUE DEPOSITSFill in the enclosed booking form and post to Byzantium with a cheque made payable to Byzantium Restaurants Ltd.

CASH DEPOSITSFill in the enclosed booking form and bring it to Byzantium together with your cash deposit. Please ring us first to ensure a member of staff is available to deal with your deposit.

DEPOSIT DETAILSAs Christmas is our busiest time of year we require a non refundable £50 deposit at the time of booking. We will then require a £15 per person deposit within 2 weeks of making your booking. If you require a receipt please fill in the detachable section at the base of the booking form. We will sign and return your form confirming receipt of your deposit and giving you a booking number.

If Byzantium does not receive a £15 per person deposit or hear from you within 2 weeks of you making your reservation, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

If you experience problems in confirming exact numbers or in obtaining the required deposits, you should contact Byzantium and let us know as soon as possible.

Once you’ve paid your deposit, please ensure you keep us up to date with any changes in the numbers attending your party.

The balance of your bill is payable 28 days prior to the date of your party and we will contact you in advance to confirm numbers and the amount of the balance payment that is due. If you do not make the balance payment 28 days in advance, Byzantium reserves the right to treat your booking as cancelled and to offer your date to other parties. In the event of this happening, no refund will be due.

Please note that Byzantium will retain the deposit and balance payments of those people who do not turn up on the day. If you give us sufficient notice of cancellation to enable us to find alternative customers we will refund the balance payments for the number of cancellations we are able to replace.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONAll tables booked for lunchtime parties must be vacated by 5.00pm at the latest. Wine pre-orders are not required but are welcome.

Byzantium is available for exclusive use during December for a maximum of 250 guests. Exclusive bookings are subject to a minimum spend and as we are very busy during December, the sooner you let us know the better. Book your Christmas party at Byzantium and enjoy an unforgettable experience in one of Bristol’s premier entertainment venues.Set in an impressive converted Victorian warehouse, the candlelit interior is exotic and opulent with a star shaped marble dance floor and is a perfect Christmas party venue.Entertainment is a major facet of dining at Byzantium during the Christmas period, a 2am licence and the dance floor allows serious festive partying until late. We take both lunchtime and evening Christmas party bookings.

BYZANTIUM CHRISTAMS MENUByzantium specialises in catering for large group bookings and this expertise enables us to offer a full a la carte Christmas menu using fresh, local produce to create something special for everyone. There is no need to pre-order, but please let us know if you, or a guest in your party has a specific dietary requirement and we’ll gladly go out of our way to cater for them.

ENTERTAINMENTTo make Christmas celebrations even more magical we provide stylish and exotic entertainment from illusionists to circus performers and for those attending an evening event, a magical stage show, which will leave you spellbound! Should you want to party, you can hit the dance floor until 2am, with our resident DJ.

SEATING & DRINKS SERVICEDuring the Christmas period Byzantium has restaurant seating on both floors. If you have specific seating requirements please let us know and we will endeavour to accommodate them. Both the bar and the dance floor are on the ground floor where we offer table service for drinks if a table bill is opened. If you prefer, parties who want to pay for drinks individually can do so at the bar.

PRIVATE DINING AT BYZANTIUMByzantium has a well-proportioned private dining room for up to 24 people. Discreetly located off the main restaurant this is perfect for a more intimate Christmas party option.
