BYOD Policy for Gwinnett County Schools

Apple products provide easy sharing and accessibility; therefore, apple products are suggested for the implementation of BYOT.

Apple products tend to be very popular amongst middle schools children; therefore, it will be easier to implement.

With easy information sharing, Apple products can provide much support to students and teachers to enhance the learning opportunities with the classroom.

Platform

The internet provided by the GCPS network will be easily accessible for the school.

All users must agree to the terms and conditions before accessing the internet.

All users that have accessed the school provided internet agrees for their usage to be reviewed by the county and state officials.

Accomodations

Depending on the activity, I will have students grouped together in pairs or access work individually.

Some activities will be for test review. Students will be grouped in order to compile

research for specific concepts.
