As you know, a"30 day after" report must be filed with St. Louis County Board of Elections on May 7. After your failure to file the previous reports, Messrs. Hudgins and Smith are not confident that this report will be filed in a timely and proper manner. The undersigned candidates therefore request that you immediately deliver any and all financial records pertaining to their committees to me. As you know, it will be impossible to file a report without these records. I have copied this letter to the Director of Elections so that, in the event that reports are not filed, they will understand with whom the failure lies.
